There are more than a few facilities projects being juggled by our fabulous Facilities Team! Here’s the latest “short list” here at the Ogden Campus. They are also managing projects at several other buildings that house our programs throughout the region! Yes, they’ve been BUSY!

  • Fenced parking lot has been repaired, sealed and coated.
  • CSG is working on the floor plan and engineering for their new office space in the warehouse.
  • The water heater on the south side of the main building has been replaced.
  • 2200 office area is being reconfigured. Most staff have been moved to new locations.
  • Business Services department reconfiguration planning is ongoing. More to come when this work gets scheduled.
  • Ogden Campus Annual Fire Sprinkler & Alarm Planning
  • Ogden Campus signage project; scheduling quotes for number replacement on buildings this week.
  • Columbia Room Projector Project; scheduling installation in coordination with IT department for 3rd week August.
  • 2500 airflow issue; awaiting HVAC contractor consult to determine best course of action.

In addition to the projects listed above there are currently 31 help desk tickets open from various programs that are being addressed on a first come first serve priority basis. (Does not include Custodial projects and/or Custodial help desk tickets.)
