Who are the people working behind the scenes on behalf of the nearly 200 ESA employees working in 11 counties across the state? They are ESA Team Vancouver and they meet unfailingly every week to ensure the monumental business of the ESA keeps motoring along. They have a long agenda of items to address including staffing, timesheets, staff training, communication, supplies, IT needs, schedules, and much more.
