  • Wear sunblock with SPF 30 or higher.
  • Don’t let the forecast fool you! Sun damage adds up, even when it’s cloudy, make sun protection a part of your everyday routine.
  • Check your shadow – If your shadow is shorter than you are, it means the sun’s most harmful rays are at their strongest.
