Bust those sprinkles out and get your gingerbread on! It’s the first ESD Connects Gingerbread House Contest!
How to Enter:
Step 1: Build and decorate and awesome gingerbread structure. Kits are okay, or go old school and make your gingerbread from scratch. (See links to kits and recipes below.) Have fun!
Step 2: Take photos of your creation from several angles. Be sure to take one photo with your ESD badge visible with your structure (not that any ESDer would cheat, but…). The badge photo won’t be shown for voting.
Step 3: Email your photos to Melissa Burt with the subject “Gingerbread Contest” by Friday, December 13. Melissa will make a fabulous collage and post your photo for people to vote. No need to try and transport your gingerbread house–it can decorate your home while you garner votes!
Step 4: Visit GOesd between Dec. 17-19 to vote for your favorite! Winners will be announced on December 20.
1st place gets a $20 Amazon gift card and 2nd place gets a $10 Starbucks gift card!
The Rules:
- Structure must be made entirely of edible materials.
- Structure must stand up on its own without support.
- Contest is for current ESD employees, but friends and family are allowed to help with construction.
