Open enrollment for our Medical and Dental plans with PEBB is happening now and runs through Tuesday, November 30, 2021. Plan changes will be effective January 1, 2022.

**If you do not want to change your coverage and have had no change to a covered dependent’s or your tobacco use status, then you do not need to do anything.  However, you may need to submit a form for changes to the employee paid Long Term Disability Plan. **

If you want to make a change to your current coverage, drop your coverage, or enroll in medical, you need to submit the  2022 PEBB Enrollment/Change form found on the Open Enrollment page of the Intranet.

NEW LONG TERM DISABILITY EMPLOYEE PAID PLANS

Starting January 1, 2022, PEBB will automatically enroll employees in employee-paid Long Term Disability (LTD) Insurance at a 60-percent coverage level with a 90 day benefit waiting period. This coverage was previously offered as a voluntary plan with several different waiting period options.  If you do not want to be auto enrolled in this coverage, or if you want to enroll in the lower-rate 50% coverage option, you will need to return the  2022 LTD Enroll/Change Form.

The free basic employer paid long term disability plan will remain the same.  You may also visit our LTD plan carrier at the PEBB Virtual Benefits Fair.
