Join us March 3 to explore a work culture that supports mental health, connection, and well-being.

This course explores how everyone in a workplace—not just supervisors—can help create a StigmaFree culture that supports mental health, connection, and wellbeing. Participants will learn practical ways to reduce stress, communicate with care, use non-stigmatizing language, and connect people to supports and resources. Programs can build trust, engagement, retention, and overall productivity by making mental health a shared responsibility.

Join Dusty Sparks, Adult Education Program Manager at NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) SW for a presentation and discussion emphasizing how supportive practices and policies can reduce stress, improve functioning, and help employees do their best work.
