May was “Foster Care Awareness Month” and ESD 112 collected 59 backpacks through the ESD Connects backpack drive! Thank you to everyone who contributed! All of the backpacks will be donated to the Department of Social and Health Services in Clark and Skamania Counties for foster care children. A special thanks to Sara Moore for her work in helping coordinate this effort and also to “little Mike” that helped advertise throughout the month!
