Each year, the Native American Education Program holds the Senior Honor Day celebration to recognize students’ achievements and for students to recognize their mentors. One of the parents of the education program has a preschooler in the Image ECEAP program, and she invited teachers Donna Wilbur and Becky McPhun to attend the event. They attended the traditional celebration and potluck on June 3 at the Cathlapotle Plankhouse.
