Thanks to everyone who entered salsa for tasting and those who came out to taste on May 5! Our eight entries were:

  7. Samantha Leonard – Sam’s Sassy Salsa
  8. Laura Knox – Tomatillo Salsa Verde

It was a close race between first and second (just one vote) but ESD 112’s favorite Salsa was Tanya English and her Mother-in-law’s Pico de Gallo! Tanya wins a Salsa garden gift basket including a knee board, garden gloves, mini garden tools, tomato and pepper plants, and more. Our very close second place winner is Lisa Alexander with her Avocado and Black Bean Salsa. Honorable mention for our 3rd place winner is Deanna Fontijn’s  Pineapple Habanero Salsa
