Christopher Selcer

“He’s on time, responsive, works well with the kids, and seeks extra supports when needed. He has been very collaborative with both me and the other counselor here. Thanks for honoring our needs this year.”
-Billie Jo Thomas

Weslee Vann & Solina Adelson Journey, SASS

“Solina and Weslee, I am very grateful for the professional development over the past two days. I think the most valuable part of the opportunity was multiple district leaders and teams, sitting together, collaborating, sharing ideas, and deepening our thinking and work. This is one of the first times, since joining the Glenwood team, that I have been truly engaged in instructional improvement through with other leaders through the same work and in the same room. “

-Elyse Mengarelli, Superintendent/Principal, Glenwood School District

Solina Journey

Justine Hanrahan, Communications & Public Engagement

Justine Hanrahan

Justine coordinated with the CTE and nutritional services departments at Washougal School District to create a press release about Washougal High School students serving student and staff meals for the first time out of the high school’s new student-run food truck. Justine conducted a visit to collect student quotes and photos while the food truck was in action.

This resulted in the Camas-Washougal Post Record and Clark County Today using text and photos from Justine’s press release in news stories. The Shoug Shack food truck article in Clark County Today is their second most popular story this month.
