Staff Luncheon: 12–2pm
- Bring your own brown bag lunch to enjoy while watching the costume contest OR bring a dish to share at the potluck.
- Sweet treats, healthy snacks, and tasty entrees and appetizers are all welcome at the potluck!
- Groups are invited to decorate their team’s table with their costume theme. Table decorating will be open from 11-12.
Staff Costume Contest during Luncheon
There will be two categories judged this year (Solo Contest has been eliminated this year due to lack of participation):
- Group Performance Category (a song, skit, etc with a max. time of 5 minutes)
- Group Costume-Only Category (no music or acting allowed; group stands at the front and announces their costume)
Contest winners will receive an amazing trophy, bragging rights, and an entry on our new ESD Connects Hall of Fame!
Trick or Treating: 3–4:30pm
ESD staff with children in their lives are invited to bring them to trick or treat in the main offices at stations decorated by staff. Balloons and floor dots will guide families to the stations again this year. We will also provide non-food treats for kids with allergies or other restrictions.
NOTE: If you plan to decorate your cubicle or trick or treat station, please follow these guidelines from the Safety Committee and get your manager’s approval on time spent decorating.
Please RSVP your participation by October 24, 2024!
Individuals: Fill out this form to let us know how you will be participating in the day (whether attending the luncheon or bringing trick or treaters). If you are unable to participate in any way, no need to RSVP.
Groups: Costume contest entries and trick or treat station groups should designate someone to fill out the Group Participation form. If you are the team leader for your group costume or trick or treat station, please fill out this form by October 29. This allows us to reserve table space for your group and coordinate trick or treat locations. Please note that trick or treat stations must provide their own candy.
