Last week’s blood drive for the American Red Cross had a fantastic turn out and proved to be a very successful drive! We had 28 people donate with most of those ESD employees. 14 people were first time donors! Way to go!
Our American Red Cross contact writes, “The day went absolutely amazingly with your drive far exceeding our projections by over 126%!!! Collecting 24 units and helping up to 72 lives!”
Thank you to everyone who rolled up their sleeves and also to those of you that volunteered to check people in. The American Red Cross is excited to partner with us again for a future drive.
Donors will receive an email from the American Red Cross (no-reply@givebloodtoday.redcrossblood.org), and it will have a subject line of “Thank You” between a couple days and up to about a week from now. In that email it will have a link to redeem the Amazon gift card.
