LEAD, ESD 112’s leadership development series, returns in 2025–26 to grow and connect teams across the agency!

Communicating a Vision

First in this year’s series, this workshop explores the role of leadership in motivating others and fostering commitment to an organization’s vision. A strong vision creates alignment among colleagues and drives collaboration in project and program development.

We’ll explore:
• develop a deeper understanding of themselves as leaders.
• learn the importance of building a coherent vision when initiating or sustaining a project or program.
• explore tools to help build and implement a mission and vision in their own work.
