LEAD Training Series: Facilitating Innovation

ESD 112 values a “get to yes” approach that calls for innovative thinking. True innovation depends on mindset, a safe culture, and intentional structures. In this session, we’ll explore each of these essential elements.

In this session, participants will consider:

• What are your strengths/challenge points related to leading innovation?
• Where are the strengths (in your leadership or the team) that could be leveraged strategically in more challenging contexts?
• Where might you inadvertently be undermining innovation?
