Facilities and the IT department have been working on implementing a more consistent level of support for the Conference and Institute Center. You may have noticed Pat Ellis and Jon Fulton working diligently around the conference center, as well as a new cubicle that has been built across from Foode. Pat and Jon will be carrying out their other duties during their assigned conference center support, but will be available for any assistance that is needed.
Pat and Jon have started to provide first-line tech support for the AV equipment (provide base level assistance on the use of the equipment) as well as troubleshooting issues that may arise.
- Pat will be available to provide support Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 11:00 am
- Jon will be available to provide support Monday – Friday from 11:00 am – 7:30 pm.
If you have AV needs that you are aware of in advance of your event, please include Pat and Jon on your e-mail communication. Because this is a change in the support model, please let Rick Batterberry know if you have concerns or encounter any significant challenges.
