How many employees work in your program?

I support 18 coaches in our Child Care Aware (CCA) program, 4 staff in 1-2-3 Grow & Learn, and I’ve started supporting staff in ECE as well.

Who are your program’s customers?

Children, families, and child care providers (FCCs and center-based).

Do you work with other agencies (state, private, etc.)?

Child Care Aware of Washington.

Where do employees in your program work? (Vancouver office, field sites, schools, which counties, etc.)

Primarily in the Vancouver office/Clark Co., although we also have satellite offices in Longview, and Centralia.

What are your biggest strengths – what expertise can you share with the group?

I am adaptable.

What do you like most about working here?

How passionate my coworkers are about the work they do—most importantly: helping children and families find quality care.

What is the best memory you have from your work here so far?

Seeing everyone’s creative Halloween costumes last year!
