Facts about ESD 112’s Financial Advisory Services

How many team members do you have?  

• While the Financial Advisory Services has just two direct team members (Mark Prussing & Gina Bullis), we work closely with the Construction Services Group and Communications teams, so it feels like a big team serving the needs of our participating districts.
• Wendy Niehaus has also been instrumental in the success of the Program from the beginning in 2015.

 Who does your team serve?   

• We assist districts throughout the State with their capital financing needs.
• Specializing in municipal bonds, we have over 30 participating districts.

 What type of services do you provide to ESD 112 staff or others?  

We have helped finance all of the ESD projects and properties since 2015, including the purchase of the ESD offices and other facilities for important ESD programs.  As previously mentioned, we work closely with the CSG and Communications teams to assist with their various projects for districts.

 Accomplishments or goals for this year?   

ESD 112 has become the leading financial advisor for Washington schools, successfully completing over $3 billion in financings for many of the largest districts in the State, as well as our smaller neighbors.

 Fun Facts or Interesting Tidbits?   

Mark and his wife live in the White Salmon Valley School District in Columbia River Gorge, one of the premier windsurfing locations in the world.  Mark is often found on the river windsurfing and hydrofoil windsurfing.
