Laura Martin​

Laura was recognized for her web development expertise and excellent customer service while working on the YEP program website.

Xander Hayes

Xander was recognized for his expertise, professionalism, positive attitude and innovative spirit in the planning and executing of a four-part online training module for the Washington Sensory Disability Services (WSDS). The project was complex, with a three-pane window for a PowerPoint slide, presenter, and ASL interpreter, with captions running at the bottom of the window.

Throughout our communications, Xander was positive, professional, and reassuring. He invited us to visit the ESD and look at the spaces available. He did mock-ups of the final product with three windows and captioning as we had requested. He asked the right questions, listened carefully, researched tools needed, and brought in a partner for production day. He submitted budget projections we could take to our funding partners. In short, he went above and beyond to ensure we got the product we envisioned.
