LEAD Training Series: Managing Strategically

A key part of leadership is managing strategically. From planning and coordination to sustaining motivation, each element is essential to ensuring the process runs efficiently and effectively from start to finish.

In this session, participants will hear from their ESD colleagues about the approaches and techniques they use to analyze, plan, execute, and lead projects. These topics may include:
• identification of project goals or activities
• planning the project schedule
• managing resources
• communication with stakeholders
• other lessons learned
