Would you know what to do in a cardiac or breathing emergency? The right answer could help you save a life.

Sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) is one of the leading causes of death in the U.S. Over 350,000 people will suffer from sudden cardiac arrest this year. It can happen to anyone, anytime, anywhere and at any age. When someone suffers from a cardiac arrest, early use of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and automated external defibrillator (AED)  skills significantly increase the person’s chance of survival. An AED is the only effective treatment for restoring a regular heart rhythm during sudden cardiac arrest and is an easy to operate tool for someone with no medical background.

Learn how to respond to cardiac and breathing emergencies by learning “hands only” CPR and the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED). Led by a certified instructor the course also provides you an opportunity to practice your skills.
