Joseph Mathews

Joseph has worked at the ESD for 9 years.

Joseph provides hiring support for Early Care & Education, Student & School Success, School & Agency Operations, and Business Services/CSG. He also oversees our NEOGOV employment application system and manages the employee evaluation process.

Fun fact: If Joseph could be any animal, he would be a raven. “Not only are they intelligent, clever, and problem solvers, they can also fly, and who would pass up an opportunity to fly?”

Chelsea Jacobson

Chelsea has worked at the ESD for 7 years.

Chelsea provides hiring support for Specialized Student Services and all certificated staff. She also provides certification services to the districts in our ESD 112 region.

Fun fact: If Chelsea could be any animal, she would be a golden retriever because “they are always happy!”

Eliza Cornelison

Eliza has worked at the ESD for 2 years.

Eliza provides hiring support to our programs at recruitment events. She also provides administrative assistant support, runs Commit to Fit programs, and backup social media recruitment and certification.

Fun fact: If Eliza could be any animal, she would be her cat. “He lounges all day, eats unlimited food, and looks great with no effort.”

Tanya Gorbunov

Tanya has worked at the ESD for 1 year.

Tanya provides employment support for Human Resources, including WESPaC, employment verifications, social media recruitment, ID badges, and new hire emails. She also provides backup support for certification, fingerprinting, and reception.

Fun fact: If Tanya could be any animal, she would be a panda because “they eat and sleep a lot…and they are so cute and cuddly!”
