Congratulations to Communications and Prevent for their national recognition of the Weed Can Wait campaign. The two programs combined their efforts last spring for a marijuana prevention campaign after receiving a grant from the state.

The National School Public Relations Association (NSPRA) awarded the campaign with a Golden Achievement Award, which recognizes exemplary work in school public relations, including demonstrating the PR process (research, analysis/planning, communication/implementation and evaluation).
