Once again, a roving band of ECE hooligans enlivened the cubicle of Bilingual Secretary and ESD Connects representative Luis Pascual in April. Luis returned from a vacation to find that his area had been transformed into a preschool paradise, complete with a tiny table and chair, play-doh, artwork, toys, and a snack with a sippy cup of water. There was even a colorful rug and a nap mat in the corner.
