Jeff Boydston receives near perfect score on claim audit

Congratulations to Jeff Boydston, Senior Claim Adjuster, for receiving a near perfect score on the Risk Cooperative’s recent claim audit!

In the exit interview following the audit, Brian Steifel, President of Praxis Claims Consulting, commented that the claims handling at the Risk Cooperative was “one of the best operations that I have seen.”

During his onsite claim audit on June 14-16, Brian reviewed 50 of the Risk Cooperative’s property/casualty claims, including all the open claims. He evaluated claims handling in several areas, including: valuation, settlement, vendor management, reserving, excess reporting, Medicare review, liability determination, attorney involvement, and supervision. The final score was 99.65%.
