Give your feedback on our agency culture

As one of 2015’s Cabinet work initiatives, a committee of your colleagues is seeking feedback for assessing and improving our overall agency culture. One of ESD 112’s stated goals is to “Provide a work environment that values employees and creates opportunities for growth, contribution, and reward.” With this goal in mind, the group identified eight concepts that they believe are important in meeting this goal. We would like to get your feedback on those concepts and seek additional clarity from our staff.
