What do you enjoy doing with your free time?

Biking & hiking (cooking & baking too).

If you could live in a book, TV show or movie, what would it be?

Harry Potter- of course – I love snow and castles and Magic is great! Hogwarts is perfect!

If you could play one instrument you aren’t able to now, what would it be and why?

Piano. I admire talented piano players! Seems like a hard instrument to play.

What teacher inspired you the most? How did they?

It was a former boss I had for several years. He was a former motivational speaker. He believed in all his employees and gave them the tools needed to be successful (education, daily positive reinforcement and never used a negative word).  It was amazing to watch people morph into these confident employees and change their entire outlook on life. I will never forget this.  He is still there and is more successful than any of us could imagine! Positive thinking does work!

What’s your favorite holiday and why?

Halloween.  You can dress up and be whoever you want for one day–who wouldn’t like that?  Dare to be different – I say! I love fall, baking and candy too!  What could be better?

When you have 30 minutes of free-time, how do you pass the time?

I like to take walks/bike anywhere in the great outdoors and breathe in the fresh air, watch for wildlife and take photos of our beautiful Pacific Northwest scenery!

What did you want to be when you were little?

A Stunt Woman

What future events are you looking forward to?

Spoiling my new grandchild!

What was your most interesting past job?

I was the Marketing Administrator for Food Services of America for several years. I was fortunate to work with and even enjoyed a dinner with a couple of famous chefs – (ie The Japanese Iron Chef Morimoto and Graham Kerr, The Galloping Gourmet).
