1.   Emailing Commit to Fit with your commitment to participate
2.   Logging your physical activity from April 23 – May 20
3.   Emailing Commit to Fit your complete activity log by May 22

Move More participants will be entered into drawings for fun prizes and be on their way to being #HealthyForGood!
