Hootenanny Department Decorating Contest

This year we’re excited to reward departments who decorate their spaces for Hootenanny and our trick-or-treater guests! Here’s how the contest works:

• Departments/ programs need to notify ESD Connects that they want to be judged by Thursday, October 24.
• Decorations need to adhere to ESD 112 decorating guidelines.
• Participating departments will be numbered by ESD Connects members.
• Ballots and ballot box will be available in the Administration Department between October 28-30.
• Employees will be asked to visit participating departments/ programs and vote for their top two. (Ballots without two selections won’t be counted- this will help small programs compete with larger departments.)
• Winning department will be announced at Hootenany.
