New for 2022: Video Submissions

Do you work out of the office or out in district? Will you be gone for Hootenanny? We invite you to submit a video of your submission instead! We will play your video at the live event to be judged with the live submissions. We will also record any live skits at Hootenanny, so you can see them afterward. Please adhere to the time limit given for each category. NOTE: Only ESD staff are allowed to enter the contest. As cute as your dog or kid may be dressed up, video submissions that are not of ESD staff costumes will be disqualified from the contest.

Ready to sign up for the event or submit your video? Please fill out our Hootenanny Participation form! (Groups, please designate one person to fill out the form.)

Staff Luncheon: 12–2pm

  • Bring your own brown bag lunch to enjoy while watching the costume contest.
  • Bring individually wrapped treats or candy to share at the treat buffet (optional)
  • Any treats leftover will be used for trick or treating later that day!

Trick or Treating: 3–4:30pm
