There is a need behind every behavior and we are constantly making meaning of how we and others show up in our relationships. Join guest Sarah Yee, DEI professional, to begin exploring what our behaviors are rooted in and how that affects our interactions with others. How are these ways of being tied to pieces of our identity? How can we become more cognizant of these ways of being to connect more deeply with each other and our community?
